Hostess Olga Server Erica Both our hostess and server were excellent in every aspect. We ordered the BBQ combo, which was large enough for two! I think it was most tender chicken and ribs I have ever eaten. The sauce was tasty and the fries served with, were delicious. Our other guest had the fish and chips platter. He seldom eats much so when he cleaned his plate of four fish fingers and fries I knew it was super! The live music was a tiny bit loud for me but that’s just me.

We loved it here! Great music live on stage with different bands and sometimes recorded Jimmy Buffet tunes! Can be busy or quiet! I got my key lime pie here! If there is a live band take a peak in through the gift shop! Almost front row viewing

We were curious and had good expectations for this spot for lunch. We waited in line to be seated but got a table immediately afterward. The place was busy and lively. Jimmy played his music from past concerts on a large TV, and the music was loud. We ordered a drink and 2 entrees. We substituted our fries with sweet potato fries on each plate. We each ordered burgers, too. The frozen Havanas and bananas drink was not frozen when it arrived, and while the rum taste was there, not much more of the rum was. The burgers were good, but also, we're $20 each. I've had much better burgers for much less money. The service was slow at best but polite and friendly. I'd give some slack here because it was busy, but our waiter had exactly one table, ours. The final problem was that we were each charged $2.50 for subbing out the fries, even after the waiter forgot my fries, and took 5 minutes to bring me the correct ones. These are not hand cut fries, just straight off the truck. The menu is large and varied and is very enticing. Unfortunately, I didn't see anything that wasn't just off the delivery truck. Nothing terribly imaginative, but I guess it really isn't supposed to be here anyway. Big gift shop here for your parrothead wardrobe needs. Unfortunately, there won't be any more concerts to wear them too.

Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville was on my KW bucket list and I had the opportunity to visit on a Saturday in March. Cocktails were so-so. Havanas & bananas (good) and key lime pie martini (meh) were our adult beverage choices. Very strong liquor in both but taste was overall not great. Service was not paced well unfortunately and there was a time deadline imposed by on-street parking. Food was plentiful. Cheeseburger in paradise was ample portion and delicious. Chicken tender salad was also ample portion. Chicken was ok rest of salad very good. My companion and I split the meal so we could try two menu items. Despite this strategy there was enough salad to take home for us to share another meal. With a drink apiece, our bill totaled almost $100 with tip.

After 5 days in key west we decided we needed a good HAMBURGER! Went to margaritaville, I went for the double burger, it was fantastic!! Also got a frozen drink with half alcohol, it really cooled us off and was delicious and refreshing, we also got the souvenir cups. It was a very fun time and the service and food was definitely exceptional!!! The server, Marianne was fantastic and very friendly person, made us feel right at home here!!! My wife got the gluten free bun burger, she loved it also, very tasty.
